LAKE FT SMITH TRAIL SECTION DELAYED, again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again. Latest reports say the park/trail opening might happen SOMETIME in 2008. That's all we know. We have been holding our breaths now for a while as one date after another comes and goes that the city of Ft. Smith says it will all be completed and open. We have quit holding our breaths and will believe it when we see it!
